TweakUI for XP has a setting for thumbnail size that can be adjusted. TweakUI is one of the Power toys for XP. URL to use if running XP SP1: http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/pro/downloads/powertoys.asp If you do not have SP1, the earlier version of TweakUI can be found at: http://download.microsoft.com/download/whistler/Install/2/WXP/EN-US/TweakUiPowertoySetup.exe
