Thumbnail Images Don't Load in Windows Explorer

All of a sudden the thumbnail images don't load in my
Windows Explorer. The only change on my computer recently
is I've installed the Norton firewall.

Is there a Windows setting somewhere I need to change or
could it be the firewall preventing the images from
loading in Windows Explorer?

Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.

Thank you. This certainly does sound like my problem,
however, I know the viewing of thumbnail images worked
previously and now all of a sudden it doesn't. I use
Office 2000. Should I go ahead and follow the registry
instructions anyway?
