I have recently upgraded from the Outlook that comes with
OfficeXP to Office2003. The problem I am having is that I
have 3 Personal Folders and 2 Archive Folders, all with
the same information. Using the CD, I have done a
complete uninstall and re-install, which didn't eliminate
the extra folders. I am assuming there is something else
that I need to do. I am using WindowsXP and OfficeXP.
Any Suggestions. PLEASE.

In place upgrades do not work well. Just create a new profile that contains
only the PST file you want.

I'm afraid That I don't understand "profile", "PST File
that I want". Please give me detailed instructions.
