Clients on three nets? Putting 3-nics on one segment-net without special "teaming" software is pretty worthless and usually counterproductive. Putting them on separate nets is just like putting in one NIC, but do it three times. For routing you will need to enable it, or better, configure RRAS. With some services you may need to work a bit harder but those are specific exeptions.
