Threat deletion

I have had the Transponder.A attach to my computer
everytime I log onto the internet.
I have run Spyware and it finds it and deletes it, but it
reattaches the next time I log onto the internet.
Does anyone know how to delete this permanently?

Transponder.A also collects and sends personal
information.
