I can not find where i can edit my question. If there is no way i can do that
i would suggest that a way be made so we can edit our own questions if need
be.

What kind of question? Elaborate.

This is a newsgroup with a web front end (given your headers: X-Newsreader:
Microsoft CDO for Windows 2000) - not a web forum. Therefore - you expect
something out of this (newsgroups) that is available in another (newer)
medium (web forums.) It is not. ;-)

You don't edit messages in newsgroups. Proofread before you hit
send/submit. But if you do need to change something or append more
info, you simply reply to your original message with a new message.

You may not realize that this is a not really a web site you are
posting to. It's a newsgroup, and you are using the awful web
interface to read it--it's the slowest, clunkiest, most error-prone
method there is. Do yourself a favor and switch to a newsreader, such
as Outlook Express, which comes with Windows. See
http://www.michaelstevenstech.com/outlookexpressnewreader.htm

You don't (and can't) edit newsgroup posts. If you want to change what
you posted, or add more information, you simply reply to the original
message, adding whatever you need to.
