the .NET 2.0 documentation recommends to use
Thread.CurrentThread.ManagedThreadId instead of deprecated
AppDomain.GetCurrentThreadId.

The VS.2005 debugger's Thread window however displays only the
AppDomain.GetCurrentThreadId.

How do I get a Thread.CurrentThread.ManagedThreadId column in the debugger
window?

thanks herbert

Hello herbert,
How do I get a Thread.CurrentThread.ManagedThreadId column in the debugger
window?

Good question - I don't think there's such an option in VS. Maybe it's
possible to create a VS plugin that extends this view, but that's just a
theoretical idea.
