" Thread " icon missing from NG

Recently the thread icon has disappeared from this NG . As a result ,
any posts to this NG which generate replies have these listed one
below the other instead of having them combined under this icon .

Another anomaly is that when I update the messages it is now taking
much longer to update this NG.

Wheather this is related to the missing thread icon or not I can't
say.

Could anuone explain How I can get this icon back again?

Other NG's to which I'm subscribed do not have this problem.

This is a problem with your Agent configuration and nothing to do with
this newsgroup.
While I have no idea what icon you mean as I just click the Thread
heading in the first column...

Try Group-Sort messages by Thread.

Thanks - that got it back again.

FWIW - what had happened was that there was no Thread heading at all -
now its back - thanks to your suggestion.

Never seen that problem before - you live and learn in this business
!!

I think I've soted it now Alan - thanks for the replies - particularly
as I now realise this is an inappropriate NG for this subject - I
should have posted it in the Agent NG - humble apologies .
