This Recordset is not updatable?

Me confused?

I can see data in my form, but cant add, edit or delete existng?

I know this is a really simple problem! Any ideas?

It is actually the query that is not updatable. Fix that and you fix the
problem.

What's the RecordSource for the form? If it's a query, is it updatable? If
not, see what Allen Browne has at http://www.allenbrowne.com/ser-61.html

Otherwise, have the form's AllowAdditions, AllowDeletions and AllowEdits
properties been set to No?

Don't be embarrassed to not know something -- we all had to learn all of
this stuff, but some of us started a few years sooner. <SMILE>

In the uppermost left corner of the Form in Design View, right-click, choose
Properties, and in the Properties Dialog box, click the Data Tab. Those are
properties listed in the left-hand column, with their value in the
right-hand column.
