This Program Causes Random Reboot On My Comp

Ever since I installed this program my computer reboots
at random. I have uninstalled it and the problem persists
and I'm not quite sure what else to do at this point.
I've tried system restore and the like but to no avail...

I installed it and now my computer wont boot up at all..

nothing ive tried works.. the mouse is totally dead and i
tried to restore and then reboot but i cant select the
option with no mouse working.. now what? my computer is
useless .. im on my sisters computer to try to find
help...any one have any suggestions? desparate here.
