this printer cannot be published

I have installed a network printer in on of oure DCs, now
I am trying to add that printer to an OU I created, but it
says "this printer cannot be published. To publish a
printer on windows 2000 computers, use the printer
folder."

Now, when I check the printer properties the "list printer
in active directory" is checked.
