I just got a new computer and it doesn't matter what site
I attempt to go to, I get THIS PAGE CANNOT BE DISPLAYED.
I can click on refresh and bring it up.........what is
the solution to this problem?
FRUSTRATING

Without more details, we can't give you a solution. I can tell you that you
don't have an Internet connection and that is why the browser can't find any
web sites you try to visit.

I am having the same problem. I can access the first page
of a web site but when I try to go further THIS PAGE
CANNOT BE DISPLAYED. Help, it is frustrating. I even
had a friend who is more computer literate than I am and
he couldn't figure it out either. When I bought my
computer I had MSN explorer for a certain amount of time
and I was able to access anything on the web even my bank
site. After the MSN explorer time expired I was not able
to do it anymore. Can anyone help? Karen

I have the same problem except that the page pops up even
when I am not on line. The header says "Reminder"
followed by the day, date and time. It has no "X" to
allow me to close it. I have to use alt+F4. I
unchecked "XP reminder" in startup but it still appears.
HP techie said it was XP trying to remind me
of 'something" but must be unable to find the appropriate
page.

Just one of a few irritations with our new machine.
