I receive a "This page cannot be displayed" message when
trying to reach secured websites.
Suggestions?

I could be way off on this one, but my guess would be
that your internet options might need to be changed.
I.e., the level of security you set in your internet
options in regards to viewing sites. Like I said, I
could be wrong, but that would be my first line of
attack.
