I have a HP desktop pc running vista and microsoft office 2007 program. When
I attempt to open a link within a message, Outlook displays an error message.
This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions on computer. "Please
contact your system administrator."

I have an administrative account.

How to get past this restriction?
