Whenever the cust clicks on anything on his desktop this
message "this module was compiled a trial version of
delphi, the trial version has expired" appears, and they
cant do anything on the computer except on shutting down.
Unloading of startup doesnt fix it. Internet connections
are down. Control Panel Is empty.

Basically, the only option I know to this matter is to
reinstall WinXP. Any ideas would be very much appreciated.

Learn to search the newsgroups for answers (Google Groups). There was a
lengthy thread about this earlier. Apparently this problem is hitting
Windows users rather a lot in the last few days. Open Add/Remove
Programs and look for something called "CPR" and uninstall it. You may
need to do this in Safe Mode.
