This message keeps returning when I Send/hit the Send/Receive butt

You are trying to send a message to only a part of the email address,
'melray@' is an incomplete address.

Mac's comment on your post makes sense, as the essential parts of the email
address that *must* follow the @ appear to be missing. However, if the
address were actually incomplete when you attempted to send, I suspect you
would have received a local syntax error message.

Have you contacted your ISP's technical support for step-by-step setup
instructions to their mail server?
