user has outlook 2003, we have exchange 2000 server.

every meeting we send him gives him the error message:
"this meeting is not in the calendar. it may have been moved or deleted".

I have checked, and he has the correct time zone and everything, his PC is
set to sync time with one of our servers, as are the other PCs on our
network.

I found one website that told me to delete frmcache.dat file on his PC, but
the file doesnt even exist on his PC.

anything else I can look at?

this is the only user I am having this problem with.

If you get an answer, I'd love to know. I have one user having this very
same problem and can't find a word about it on the net.

I also have one user reporting this error. I've tried having the user run
Outlook in Cache-mode, not in Cache-mode, I've tried disabling meeting
regeneration in the registry, I've verified time zone settings, still nothing.

Interestingly, the one user that's reporting this problem is the only
Blackberry user I have on that particular Exchange server, so I suspect that
in my case it might be BB related.

Actually, the user I have is also a Blackberry user. But I've had her turn
her BB off, sent her a meeting request and it still happens. We have about
220 people on Outlook and BB here, and this is the only one that is having
the problem, which makes me think it can't be BB related really--else I'd be
seeing a whole lot more calls like this.

Its just really frustrating that no one seems to have an answer.

I still havent found a fix, so if anybody does please post it.

at least now I know I'm not the only one in that boat.

of course, the person having this problem would have to be my boss :)

Same here. Also having trouble with a BlackBerry user, but other
blackberry users are not generating a problem.

I had the same problem. This post here resolved it for me:

(it tells you to delete the frmcache.dat file).

PS: I am an activesynce user, but not a blackberry user.
