Ok so i over at another persons house and there computers speekers sound all
scrachy and distorted and said that the sound card is ok so i tried out some
other speekers out on it and they did the same thing so i know it was not the
speekers and i just do not know what is wrong with it can some one tell me

Justin, try reinstalling the Sound Card Drivers. Rt click
MyComputer>select Properties>Hardware>Device Manager>Sound, Video and Game
Controllers>expand and if any
yellow marks next to the entries or greyed out then Card or Chip
needs drivers.

How old is the computer? In the distant past there have been some
soundcards that incorporated an audio amplifier to drive raw loud
speakers directly, instead of the amplified (mains powered) speakers now
commonly used. If that is the case, try reducing the volume in the sound
card mixer applet.

Be leery of advice from a SPAMMER. They have a different agenda than
their pretense of giving help. This one does know how to put his spam
in a signature (after a sigdash line) as evidenced by his first posts
but refuses to do so now because he is scared of newsreaders that strip
off signatures. He wants to ensure to shove his spam in your face.
