this is ridiculous

i cannot send &or receive emails by outlook express, or anything else - i
have never had this problem before, & i don't have the slightest idea what's
going on - i have a perfectly good internet connection (cable - adelphia),
but i cannot send &or receive emails - unbelievable - why? why? why? maybe
it was something i did in a past life

Have you checked with Adelphia to see if their email server is up and
running? If they are not having a problem, double check your email account
settings. The necessary info that has to be entered here should be
available at their website. If not, you'll need to call their customer
support.
 
i had same problem i e mailed them from the home page using the pop 3
account on site as outlook was shot it wa sorted there end but no
explanation was given
