This is going to be a silly one.

If it makes any difference I am using a form that was created in Access 2000
in Access 2003. It was created some time ago and I don't want to fiddle too
much until I understand what is going on here.

In design view the form shows every field in the query.
In form view the fields are displayed as expected.
In datasheet view only a few of the fields are displayed (with the desired
affect I should add). No rows appear to be hidden.

In datasheet view I now want another field to be visible but I can't spot
why it isn't already!!
The form in question is a subform.

Any suggestion why the fields are hidden in datasheet view please?

Regards.
Bill.

As a quick test, place the cursor in the datasheet and go to Format|Unhide
Columns. Check any boxes that are unchecked. The columns can be hidden by
someone dragging them closed.
