this identity cannot be opened with this version of entourage

I am having issues with my 2004 version of Entourage. For a while the program
was not appearing so I re-installed using my disc and I'm getting the message
" this identity cannot be opened with this version of entourage." However I
haven't changed the identity on the mac.

HELP!
