This action is only valid for products that are currently installed

My client is receiving an error message saying "This action is only
valid for products that are currently installed" everytime he clicks
on the Domain Controller Security Policy or Domain Security Policy
applet under Administrative Tools. He can not recall what has been
installed or uninstalled recently.

Does anyone how to fix it? Actually he is using Windows 2003 Standard
with AD installed.

These tools from the Windows 2000 Admin pack are not compatible with Windows
Server 2003. See:

You can still access these policies through the Windows 2000 AD Users and
Computers tool.
