Third Party Notifications

I have individuals set up with their own account on their
PC and access to other mailboxes too.

When a new message that is addressed directly to them is
received, they'll receive notification by way of the pop
up message on the screen and the appropriate sound.

Is it possible to get those notifications for the other
mailboxes they have access to as well? i.e. when a
message drops into someone else's mailbox, that they've
also got access to, they'll receive the same
notifications.

As secretary's, they often have to field messages for
people that are out of the office and it's important that
they don't miss them. As things stand the only clue is
that there's an unopened message in someone's mailbox.
That could easily be missed though.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

You can with monitor different mailboxes with Outlook 2003 (client side rule
only) but not with preevious version of Outlook. Previous versions only
monitor the default mailfolder.
