Are there any established companies out there offering Microsoft
Secondary DNS services out there for redundancy?

If anyone knows of any companies that offer such services than that
would be helpful.

Thank you.

I didn't think there was a market in Secondary DNS hosting :)

Seriously, why would you need one? In case your WAN goes down? I hope not.
You can't afford the second hardware? That would be logical, depending on
how small you are. If you are small enough, I can do secondary for you,
provided your are not AD-integrated.

There are a lot of folks offering both free and paid secondary services for
DNS. The platforms are typically running Bind to keep costs cheap (they are
offering it for free!) so honestly I am not aware of anyone running
Microsoft DNS. Remember - you can run Bind on Windows Server also ;-) Here
is a short list of folks you might want to check out that do the free stuff.
No particular order.

You might want to Google around if you really need an MS solution.
