Third party image hosting that is customizable?

I noticed several websites that seem to create images on the fly
dynamically based on the user inputting text and colors. I have seen
websites from jewelry to T-shirts and several of them can all have
their images traced back to spot with this in the url:
"lp.imageg.net" or "chains.imageg.net". Is this a company that you
set up customizable images through and they host them for you and take
care of the dynamic changes that occur based on parameters? I would
like to possible do something similar to this and I am not sure who to
contact.

Thanks, that is what I was looking for. I would still like to see
some other companies if anybody knows of any.
