Thinkpad keyboard Remapping

Hi, all,

How to remap my Right-ALT key to Windows logo key on my Thinkpad keyboard.

I download a program from www.microsoft.com before, that program will do the
remapping job. But I can not find it now.

Your ThinkPad should have come pre-installed with many IBM utilities,
including a Keyboard Customizer. The Start Menu shortcut is typically
under the Access IBM folder, and the executable is under "C:\Program
Files\ThinkPad\Utilities\TpKmapAp.exe".
