I have a IBM Thinkpad 600 and was wondering if anybody has tried to put in
PC133 memory. I believe that it originally came with PC66. I have heard of
people using PC100 with success, but heard nothing about PC133.

TIA

Generally a system, lap or desk, that used PC66 memory will
not support the higher density of the PC133 on the market.
On the other hand the current PC100 is likely to work, and
typically costs more too due to twice as many memory chips.
