I am thinking to get a new computer with VISTA CAPABLE but I am in Japan and
of course the best computers are only in japanese (Windows XP), so I want to
know if I get a japanese computer, later I can change for a different Windows
VISTA Premium, english or spanish version?

Thanks.

You would have to purchase the operating system in the language you
ultimately want to use.

If the computer builder provides you with a 'coupon' to upgrade to Vista
(should start appearing shortly according to many articles) you should be
able to install in any language included in the language pack.

Thanks a lot... sorry if I sound like an ignorant but I am not engeneer or
something like that so please help me with this... how about if that new
computer has two hard disks, could I install a japanese version in one and an
english version in the other?

You can but you may need separate licenses for each. Maybe someone who has
read the new license agreement can answer that part.
