1) I don't own the domain. Genna does.

2) I have been given access to the folders on the PL site
no more and no less than Susan's access.

3) I have done nothing with this information.

4) I don't know what Genna plans to do.

5) I have written Genna asking three pertininent questions.
The first question is private. The second question was
will she sell the domain. The third question was to ask
if I could inform the ng.

6) Perhaps believing that I have more say than I actually **do**
Susan has written me regarding my plans. The following is
a partial text of my response to her....

I know that the reason you don't have access to the control panel
of the pricelessware.org site is because it gives the true identity of
Genna. Genna is an extremely private person, yet I confess I
do not understand her overriding concern over this matter, nevertheless
I support her right NOT to be identified. Be aware that I have not been
given access to the control panel, merely the PL folders,and
additionally that I have done nothing with this information.

I understand your desire to have complete control of a site you have
largely built and completely maintain.

I am considering options.

One option is continuing the pricelessware.org mirror for the next 18
months such that during this time period there would again be two
mirrors as there were in the beginning....different but the same, with a
strong link to your new Pricelessware site."

Now I'm confused. If you can run the pricelessware.org site without access
to the control panel, why can't Susan? As I understand the early posts in
the thread, Susan claimed she couldn't continue because she was not given
access to this control panel.
I would love to see the pricelessware.org site continue period. Please try
to keep it going for the eighteen months you suggest.
I know Genna did a mighty job establishing the site. I don't know why she
couldn't continue, but I'm sure she had good resons, and I hope the
situation changes and that she can once more run The Pricelessware site.

She can. There was no reason for her little childish tantrum. It was
just her misrepresenting the facts once again.

This is the impression that she tried to convey. The facts however show
that she is wrong. Genna posted back in <T2ayc.43314$Gx4.12915@bgtnsc04-
news.ops.worldnet.att.net> that not having access to the control panel
in no way hindered managing the Pricelessware site.

Thanks for making what appears to be one of the few *informative*
posts in this whole sorry saga !

Despite the fact that I still can't figure out what kicked the whole
thing off, the root cause is now pretty much irrelevent . . .
"water under the bridge", "spilt milk", pick your own analogy.

I asked her some, IMHO fair questions, that's all. I didn't insult her. I
don't think I did anything wrong to her and I even believe she will be able
to agree on that. I'm not gonna apologize to her, as I see no need for that.
I do want to apologize to ACF and myself for posting about this whole
subject. IMHO it has been a waste of bandwidth. I apologize for my
contribution, which ends here.

I agree - no apology is needed. We had a failure to communicate - the
answers I gave seemed clear to me - they were not so clear to you.

IMO the question asking for *details* *was* out of line - perhaps we can
agree to disagree on how much "private" information should be disclosed.

You are correct, in any disagreement cooler heads are supposed to prevail
but not when insults and ad-hominems start to fly.

That is the part I don't like. Garrett volunteers and all of a sudden Son of
Sam can get ahold of Genna. I think they were playing you all the time.
They (Son Of Sam and I Dream of Genna) do NOT represent the best interests
of a.c.f. They can keep thier stinkin' web site. Both of them are liars and
they do not represent the best interests of the group.
Don't reprimand me as I think honestly that Son of Sam is shiftless (I hate
his site period. Asking to d/l f*cking crap b4 getting in there. What a
f*cking joke.)
I read my posts desendingly so I didn't know that Garrett had voluteered to
be webmaster and had been approved by liars.
Flame me and I'll curse you until the bozo bin Hall of Fame.

Garrett claims not to know the whole story and is a disinterested
third-party. Well here it is: Keep your ****ing nose out of business until
you know the whole story. He reminds me of a certain American President who
know the story and lied about it..
