Things I'll have to do after upgrading to Office 2007

I am looking for a list of things I'll have to set up again after upgrade
that won't come over. I have Rules, Signatures, Shared Calendars, etc set up
already in 2003. Will these still be there after upgrade? What else do I
have to reset again after I upgrade?

Will you be using Exchange? If so, there should be little to nothing you'll
need to set up again.

Yes, so are all of my Rules brought over? What about Shared Calendars I have
already selected?

I did gloss over a few things, didn't I?

Since rules are stored in the mailbox, they'll be there. If you have any
client-side rules, you'll have to reconfigure them for the particular PC
(since client-side rules contain information about the particular client
used to create them). Shared calendars should be good, but you'll have to
re-add them, I believe. I'm not sure about it, since I don't use shared
calendars, but it makes sense that you would. To me, these types of
adjustments are trivial and don't even rise to a conscious level.

Signatures can be transferred from one PC to another. They're in
%AppData%\Microsoft\SIgnatures. Stationery, too, may be a factor, if you've
created your own stationery. That's in %AppData%\Microsoft\Stationery.
Perhaps it would be better to read this:
http://www.slipstick.com/config/backup.asp . If you have any Archive (or
other) PSTs, they'll need to move as well. Just be careful to avoid
overwriting any existing PST.
