Thing to drain oil filter so it won't spill?

Is there something that can drain an oil filter so it won't spill all
over when it's removed, like a device that punches a hole and then
sucks out the oil?

Naa. Whenever I change the oil and filter on my Seagate 120GB Hard Drive I
just let it drain out to the bottom of the case and wipe it up with an
absorbant towel.

A punch. A drain pan. Two beers. By the time the beer is gone, the oil will be,
too.

A wet/dry shop vac and some duct tape might speed it up. And to get
this thread on topic with the usenet, the same vac and tape can be
used to really cool the computer down by sucking hot air faster than
the computer can generate.
 
By using a vac, you might be sucking dirt into the engine from somewhere
else (like the oil fill port). While it does sound like it would improve
speed draining, I wouldn't do it. I usually get the oil nice and hot before
draining-it surely speeds up the drain process.

Thanks, Dale. I have a second question: Would it help if I installed
headers and nitrous oxide injection on my CPU? As you can probably
tell, I already use nitrous oxide for another purpose.
