ACK!!!
I was running Windows XP Pro and now I am using XP Home Edition SP 1A.
I have all the prerequisites installed for this game. Was working just fine on XP Pro and now it crashes to the desktop everytime the game gets past the initial start up movies etc.
All hardware is the same all patches are the same for both OS's.
Using FAT32 both times.
Whassup?

Can anyone help?

Are you trying to run it from the Thief install on Pro, or have you actually
installed it on Home too?

Make sure you don't have anything else running in the background, and that
you've got the latest drivers for your hardware.

I have all the correct patches. No new install. I finally un-installed and re-installed the game and it worked. Go figure!
