Thermal characteristics of MB & CPU

I would like to know the normal thermal characteristics of my motherboard
(850EMV2) and my processor (P4 - 3.07GHz with hypertyhreading turned off)
(Operating system windows 2000PRO) (Memory- 1536MB PC800 ECC RDRAM).

What should the normal temperatures be for the three sensor sites
(processor, System Zone 1 and System Zone 2)?

Where is system zone 1 on my mother board?

Where is system zone 2?

My processor runs at about 39 degrees C at rest

system zone 1 runs at 39C and system zone 2 runs at about 50C. Is this
normal?

There are no simple answers for this question. Read this article to
