There's no way to delete a calendar?

Am I correct in assuming you can't delete an entire calendar?

I am asking because I had created a calendar of my own to track conference
room usage. It was not shared by anyone. We now have a different, shared
calendar to book this resource so I do not need my old calendar. The two
calendars have the same name and I do not want to book under the wrong one by
accident.

Thank you!

What version of Outlook are you using? If it's the root calendar in your
folder you can delete it but you probably shouldn't.

Is your shared calendar a public folder on an Exchange server or ???

Why not just rename the shared calendar to..."Shared Calendar" to avoid
confusion?

We are using Outlook 2003. I don't want to change anything about the shared
"Conference Room" calendar, just my own "Conference Room" calendar.

I'm not exactly certain what you mean by "root calendar", but the one I was
hoping to delete is not my main calendar (the one people can share by
clicking on my name). It is a second calendar that I added and no longer
need. If there is no way to delete it, then I agree that renaming it would
be the best choice.

Thank you so much for the quick response!! :o)

Okay, I'm totally embarrassed!. I just right-clicked the calendar name and
was given the option to delete it, which I did. For some reason, I didn't
even try that before.

Thanks again, Ben!
