There isn't enough free memory to update the display

Hi , this is a strange one !

I have installed Office 2002 on a Windows 2000 Terminal Server.

When I run Access I get a error

"There isn't enough free memory to update the display"

If I give the user administrator rights it goes away, and yes I have checked
the permission's they seem fine, any idea's ??????.

We give you many thanks for your help.

We have already tried all your proposals.
The matter has appeared just after recovering of the system state. We also
have these problems with WORD and EXCEL.
If we access to the server throught terminal server as an administrator it
works properly but not as a normal user.
