I've reinstalled MS Office 2000 again, but I'm still not getting an Office
Spreadsheet, Pivot-table or chart component in Front Page 2000. What am I
doing wrong?

I need this info ASAP as this is for a project to be completed 8/8/05 by noon.

You have to install them from the Office 2000 CD. Also for them to be used by visitor to your site
the user's must have the Office App installed on their local PC and using IE as their browser.

If you feel your current issue is a results of installing

I believe they're installed with the Office Web Components during an install
of MS Office (they're probably an optional item which is why you aren't
seeing them now).

Hope this helps,

For Office XP and 2003 they are online at
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/results.aspx?Scope=DC&Query=office+web+components

Thanks for your help guys! The problem turned out to be in the Tools/Page
Options/Compatibility tab. I needed to select the ActiveX and VBScript check
boxes. It's working now and I've gone on to other issues with FP2000. I'm
sure that I'll never be a Web Designer.
