there are no address lists in the "show names from the:" box

I have Office 2003 with BCM and I don't have any lists in the "show names
from the:" box while selecting members. The lists used to be there but not
any more.
 
Is the Outlook Address Book listed? IF not, add it through Tools | E-mail
Accounts. If it is, check the Properties dialog for each contacts folder to
make sure the Outlook Address Book box is checked.
