I am not sure what I did.
I am unable access domain resources

It says:
"ther are currently no logon server available for logon
request"

I can add a computer into domain with no problem.

any clue?

Looks OK, I may miss some information.
Naming service is running. What else do I need to look for?

But W2K computers unable to find any Active directory
information.
Windows98 computers still able to use domain resource.

My wins server (seperate machine) can not start. So I add
a WIN service on the same machine as Domain Controller.

Windows 98 computers access the domain without reference to Active
Directory (assuming no DS client) so this is consistent with a DNS issue.

Naming service is not enough on its own -- it needs to have the correct
entries in in (the SRV RRs) and the clients need to be able to resolve them.
