Themes Won't Save

Just noticed today that I can't save themes...anywhere,
to any directory. I create the new desktop, click
the "Save As" button on the Themes Tab in the Display
Properties Window, and nothing happens, and no theme file
is created. Any ideas?
 
Save your NEW Theme to the Plus ! folder

Start / My Computer / Local Disk / Program Files / Plus
