J Jordi Kroon Sep 24, 2008 #2 Stardock has recreated the Luna theme for their 'WindowBlinds' program. The theme is called 'Classic'. You will need to have purchased the program to use it though. See http://www.stardock.com/products/windowblinds/ for more info. I am not aware of any free program that can fully style Vista.
