theme

hi community

i am using word 2003 and while doing some practising with Word Exercises, i
discovered that some Theme that was recommended from the tutorial, i cannot
find them, example "Refined" / "Level"? How can i find such theme and how can
i perform the download into the Word Application?

I'm almost positive they can't be downloaded from anywhere. Is this tutorial
made for Word 2003? Where did you get the tutorial? (I'm running 2007 right
now so I can't check to see what's there and what isn't.)
