Hi

Does anyone know of some software that lets you build your own themes. I
work for a small local company and they are looking at creating themes and
wallpapers and general flash fancy stuff.

There may be newer programs but the old desktop architect is simple and
works on my xp. You can get it at the son of spyware site:
