theme files

I am trying to locate the theme arc files so that I can
use only the banner graphic. Where should the theme files
be?

One way to get it:

1. Apply the arc theme to a web (you could make a new,
empty web for this if you don't want to mess with an
existing one).
2. Make sure your Tools > Web Settings > Advanced tab
has "Show hidden files and folders" checked on.
3. Look under the _themese folder for the arc folder and
open it.
4. Find the banner image and copy it somewhere.
5. "Unapply" the arc theme from the web (after which you
can safely delete the _themes/arc folder) or delete the
web if you made a junk one.

You have to apply the theme to a page, etc. to retrieve the banner, etc.
