Theme Buttons not showing up

This is my first time trying to build a webpage with Frontpage. I am having
issues with using a theme and on the page the navigation (Home, Next page,
previous page ect) buttons are not showing up. Is there a reason for this or
is the frontpage dumb person here? I was told frontpage was easier then
trying to figure out all the html stuff. But now with this problem i think i
would have better luck with the html. Any help would be appreciated greatly.
 
The objects you are not seeing are created using the Navigation View
and then by adding navigation bars or banners on your pages
