The Zen Shuffle

I have a Zen Nano Plus--Love it!

But with all its features for shuffling the tunes I get a little confused.
You can go Shuffle Folder, Shuffle All, Shuffle Repeat, etc,etc,etc. I have tried several but I keep hearing repeats of my songs within a relatively short period of time.
Anyone have any idea of what setting is best to hear all of your music without repeats? Or am I destined to listen to them A through Z?

I would have though shuffle all would have done it? You should hear them all before you hear one a 2nd time surely?

I don't have one, so I'm just basing it on using other devices :)
