The x-axis title is truncated in EXCEL charts 2003.

The x axis title is truncated to at least 2 less letters than I added in the
title not matter what the length of title. Ths did not happen in the
previous EXCEL versions. How do you correct this?
 
What version?
Others have reported same trouble with Y axis title. Just add a few
characters and format them to be invisible
