The word "Server" iis dim in FP 2002

Hi,
How do I get the word Server to "activate" in Frontpage 2002? Right now it's
dim and inaccessible.What do I neeed to install it? I'd like to access the
subfeatures.

'Server' will only be available if you are online with the host server (ie
open your web with FP - if your web has FP extensions installed)...same for
on your local machine.
