It happens when pasting a spreadsheet from Excel into Front page

Because you have a bitmap (.bmp) in the spreadsheet...and bitmaps cannot be
displayed on the net - only .jpg, .gif, .png. Convert the bmp to one of
those formats with an image editor like IrFanview (freebie) if you don't
have an image editor.
Then copy/paste it again.

bitmap is a graphic in bitimap format (.bmp). When you cut and paste
b2in Office programs sometimes you have the option of pasting as graphic
(like a screenshot).
