Read in the paper today that we could get rain over the next 2 months.
And dry in October, Seems as soon as August came along the weather changed!
Raining again now but very light.
Whats it been like with you today?

The sky looked quite threatening yesterday, it looked thundery, but didn't actually come to that. Mostly a few showers, but warm also.

This morning is lovely. Sunny, bit of a breeze, very pleasant indeed. :D

It seems to have been raining on and off since the beginning of the month :(

Have had a few torrential downpours in these parts lately. Heavy heavy little rivers.

Still, haven't had to water me patio plants for about two weeks now :)

According to an article in "New Scientist" the dodgy weather is due to the Jet Stream becoming "frozen."

They say the phenomenon is to blame for the devastating floods in Pakistan and, the heatwave which has hit Russia. Also for the soggy change to our own summer weather.

Weather was really nice yesterday where I was (Stoke) the sun was out and shining brightly.

Today isn't too bad, sun is out at the moment, the forecast did say rain today, but luckily there hasn't been any :)

OK at Gatwick & the sun came out this p.m.:D
But rain due the next few days, wonder if it's time to get the fleece out yet!!
