The Vista is having problems in P2P programs?

My Windows Vista Ultimate 32bits, does not work the navigation after
starting P2P (eMule) or torrent (uTorrent), which can be?

what is half-open tcp connection limit, set in these 2 programs ?

In emule, go to advanced configuration,
is about 3rd-4th item there or so.

I have Vista Premium x64,
and both emule ( well Xtreme or Scarangel mod )
and uTorrent ( 1.8.0 beta ) works fine.
Even if I had there values 9, not knowing yet about vista xp difference.

Yes I have troubles with emule running long, but it is related to my
VoIP broadband home router, because of limited NAT table items.
